For the months we’ve used Boxer Storage we have had no issues. However, recently dealing with their customer service rep has completely changed that opinion. Amanda was the most unprofessional and blatantly lazy rep I have ever spoken with. It’s a shame she represents the company because moving forward I will no longer use their services. In addition, my two neighbors who have storage units there will also be discontinuing their services. Hopefully, you can find someone more capable and willing to actually do their job.

Do NOT use this place for outside storage. Twice in the past year my trailer has been broken into and stuff stolen. Several breeches in the fence perimeter and they don’t do anything about it as I’ve complained. Go any where but this place!!!

It’s convenient for me and the price is OK but twice my RV has been broken into. 1st time some years back (maybe different owners) they broke in and stole the microwave from inside. Late 2022 someone stole both gas bottles, the battery and the refrigerator from the rear kitchen. Just stopped by today and looks like a cargo trailer has had 2 of its 4 alloy wheels stolen. They need better security here. Lighting and cameras as this is not a safe place to store items of value.

This place is NOT secure. Same gate code for everyone, holes in fence along property line. There have been more than a dozen reported thefts/vandalism in the last four months alone. Boxer Storage will not take any responsibility for their negligence. They’ve been asked to repair their fence for over two year by a neighboring business but they won’t. The Kent County Sheriffs Dept. has asked them to install security cameras but they haven’t. I would not go here unless you don’t care about your belongings. You’d be better off taking it to the dump and saving yourself the monthly storage fee.

Trailer stolen from lot. Owners don’t care. No security cameras. Detective told me there’s been a lot of theft at this place. I had my Sxs stored in a unit for one day after the robbery. Owners never offered any type of refund. Honestly they just don’t care. I call this willful complacency. Store at your own risk!!!
