I seen all these bad reviews and I was skeptical, but these doctors are great here. I am so thankful that I chose to go here. They really helped guide me in the right direction. Thank you guys so much. The nurse was wonderful and the doctors thank you. I’ve never had a doctor help guide me this much. Thank you.

This place constantly makes appt mistakes and the Dr I seen, bailed on me during a health crisis. Was not happy with his lack of knowledge and he was not happy when I became upset that after 9 years he still did not have a diagnosis. Have new Dr and problem soved!

Bery very terrible place to go to , staff incredibly rude and inconsiderate especially Amy over the phone. And they refused to provide care treatment for me. I will definitely be reporting them to healthcare department. I won’t go there even if I’m dying save your life and your time by going for somewhere else

Treated me like a drug addict, went to a different doctor and have zero issues. Definitely don't go here if you need medication that is Rx only.

Warning: Deceptive and predatory billing practices! I went to urgent care there and saw a (doctor/PA?) and received an injection for an allergic skin reaction. The visit actually seemed good. I was in and out in probably 30 minutes. Leaving the appointment room, the receptionist at the desk told me the total price for my visit, and told me that they give a new patient discount, a discount for not having insurance and another discount if I pay in full today. She gave me the total and I gladly paid in full what seemed reasonable for a visit and injection. I left satisfied and would have come back in the future. Two weeks later I got a bill for a remaining balance which was as much as I had already paid. Calling their billing number, I was informed that the price I was given was just an estimate and this was the amount that I owed! I will never recommend or use any Memorial Healthcare facility again!

Update:Dr. Akbari is not personable nor did she look at my records before my visit. I have 20+ years of records at this exact facility and she had no idea of my history. Memorial Healthcare, this should be a red flag. This is outrageous. She based my hip medical decision on how I was walking into the room before my appointment and not on any examination in the room or x-rays. Absolutely horrific and terrifying that any doctor would operate like that. My advice, do not go to this clinic, and if you have to, do not go to Dr. Akbari.Horrific scheduling. Don’t dare trying to move your appointment or you will have to wait 3-6 months. Staff are kind. I go here because it’s what I’ve always done, but would not go otherwise.

Terrible place to go and incredibly rude reception staff. The audacity of your employee to tell another employee “they got this” while turning a customer away because they were happy to tell me no is disgusting. Makes zero sense as to why you can’t do a regular, out of pocket check-up when no customers are in your building…BUT it’d be different if it was to play sports.

Dr. Gaitonde is great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Always takes his time in the room, I've never felt rushed or embarrassed to ask him anything. Also great friendly staff upfront too, never a long wait from signing in to getting out and on my way.

I've only been to see my doctor once so far and I've already had blood work done, x-rays and a echocardiogram. I had been trying to get helps from doctor's for 10 years. I'm so happy I found this place and Brian McArthur. He's been such a great help. And now I'm finally getting answers about my health.

Today I had an 8am appointment for a “Meet and Greet” with Dr Brian. I never knew this was even a thing but since Diane retired they said the only way I could see Dr Brian was for a meet and greet and then I could have another appointment for my wellness exam. Well today the roads were extremely bad and my baby sitter was running late. I called the office, which was closed at 7:45am to let them know I would be running 15 minutes late due to the weather. When I arrived at 8:14am there was not a single person in the parking lot or in the waiting room. I frantically ran to the receptionist telling her my name and apologized for being late. She said I’m sorry your 15 minutes late you can’t be seen. I said I called and let you know, she said yea we got your message but this is our policy. I said I don’t know if you know or not but it is blizzarding outside but she didn’t care. She then proceeded to tell me this is my 2nd no show. I said can you please inform me when my first one was. She told me December 6th which was lie. I rescheduled that appointment due to a work conflict and there next available day was today January 24th. I told her that would be a reschedule not a no show. So since someone did there job incorrectly I’m getting penalized. She then proceeded to tell me that since I had 2 no shows I could not be a patient there even though the first was an error in there part and today I not only called to inform them I would be late I still showed up! The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life!

Been going to this office for many years, and over the years the doctors have changed, some I've like some not. Recently received a letter informing us that the PA we seen had left. In the past they have always just moved us to one of the other doctors in the office or whatever new doctor coming in. My husband called to make an appointment, He's been having severe pain in his shoulder cause him to not be able to sleep, he wanted to see the doctor to find out what is causing the pain and find a solution. He was told, your doctor is no longer here, I can try to get you in to one of the other doctors, but it won't be until some time next month and their not going to give you pain meds anyway. WHAT! How dare you take that assumption that he was looking for pain meds, not the case here! I liked that it was close by, but this is just the straw that broke the camels back. Bye bye memorial its time for us to go, this was just one to many.

My Daughter had to go see and endocrinologist and they wanted blood work so the Doctor called in to Memorial Healthcare lab in Durand . When we got there the receptionist at the lab was very snotty he barked at my daughter because she didn’t make an appointment and threw a business card at her and told her next time make an appointment. Then he looked up her name on the computer and saw that yes the Doctor called in the blood work. But never apologized to my daughter. No I know why people don’t like going to memorial health care in Durand to get blood work. That doesn’t make Memorial health care look good
