Good selection and very nice and helpful staff. I was looking for a harness for my dog and the lady there helped me try different ones on my dog and helped me pick the best fit.

We have a petting zoo of animals in our home (a dog, cats, ferrets, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, rodents, even a few hermit crabs) and the prices at Lucky Pets have afforded us the ability to keep them all snoot-deep in quality food. Fantastic little pet store and we’re very fortunate to have them in Durand.

Yesterday stopped in to get my dog's ,dog food and you had the last bag , this bag had quite amount of damage done to it matter fact it had to be completely taped up so I asked if I could get a little discount off the price because obviously the bag had been opened and dog food was more likely missing . I was told by your worker that I should be lucky that I'm getting it at the price that I am... ? So that will be the last time I'm in your store. I actually have a lot of work in Howell ,Sometimes I stop and buy my dog food at Livingston County feed and seed which they have it about the same price as you $37.99 I will continue to go back to Livingston County feed and seed and will no longer support your store.. Your employee's response I should be so lucky I'm get that price was enough for me to not come back..... the bag actually probably shouldn't never been sold actually should of returned back to Manufactured instead of bing put back on the shelf at the same price.. I used to come in every week and buy a bag of this dog food from you but not no more I get much more respect at Livingston County feed where I shop there for 10 years and will continue because they give you so much respect

I see your response to my review and saying that you're disappointed in me because I asked to take a couple dollars off of a bag that was ripped all the way across and taped and then it comes to find out within 2 days my dogs would not eat it & I ended up having to throw the dog food away because it had Gone stale.. It's good to know now that you are selling damage goods not knowing if it's good or bad!!! .. taking people's money so they can buy stale or bad dog food I made the right choice of not wanting to come back... Enjoy the $39 you got for me because it'll be the last You ever get from me.. thank you for admitting you're selling bad and damage goods..
