8/29/24 - Another 5 stars if I could give the service center 10. We were in a pinch and the service centers near our house were backed up for a few weeks. Spirit Ford was able to fit us and solve our issue. Sam Witte is a rock star!
I would highly recommend their service department. The transmission gave out on my truck on the freeway near Dundee about 30 miles from our home. Sam Witte was our service rep and he was incredibly responsive, helpful and empathetic during this challenging and frustrating time. They completed the work before we expected and Sam worked with Ford Customer Service to help offset my out of pocket cost.

We recently leased our 2024 Explorer Limited and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Having purchased and leased many Ford vehicles throughout the years, dealing with Spirit was fantastic and couldnt have been better. We worked closely with Tony Krebs who located us the exact behicle we wanted. There was great communication throughout the process and clear expectations set on what was needed from us with both our lease turn along with the new vehicle. Tony and all the Spirit Ford Team Members were friendly, great to deal with, and we felt appreciated with our personalized service. Spirit Ford will continue to earn our business even though there are many dealers closer. GREAT JOB Tony, Spirit, & Team.

Sam Witte and the Service Team took fantastic care of my Edge while I was commuting from Canada for work. Even with limited availability due to my commuting, they went above and beyond in their efforts to take care of my Warranty issues with A/C. I highly recommend Spirit Ford if you're looking for a reliable Service Team in the Dundee, MI, area!

Spirit Ford & Salesman Jay were absolutely fantastic to work with. We discussed prices, options, colors, different size vehicles, for several days prior to going there. Jay had a vehicle ready for us to test drive. We decided that is what we wanted and they gave us an agreeable trade in on our 2015 Journey, and payments we were happy with, and we drove out of there with a brand new Explorer that we are very happy with.

Terrible service. Did not complete each part of the oil change checklist. Missing honesty and integrity in how they do business. Will not be going back.
