Terrible experience, I'd give them zero stars if possible. Rob seems to pick and choose when he wants to work on your vehicle. I've been waiting a month for him to send a supplement to my insurance company to fix an issue that should've been taken care a year ago. And this is even after they had my car over for over 11months. During that time period I received 1 phone call to let me know the status of my car. I would go up there about every 2 weeks and it was just excuse after excuse. Avoid dealing with this place at all cost.

Great communication. The process was made very easy. The repairs were made in the timeline promised and the Jeep was as good as new. Highly recommend this company.

Totally satisfied with the repairs on my vehicle. Was kept in the loop via text, like I asked. All questions answered. Car was ready one day early, a nice surprise! Directions on how long to wait to wash it and wax it. Rob and the ladies at the front desk very helpful & courteous. All around, a really good experience.

I Highly recommend Spirit Collision ! My 2022 Jeep Compass had damage from a tree after tornado. Candice and Rob were a pleasure to work with. I received text message updates which I appreciated. I even got my Jeep back ahead of schedule. It looks like new again thanks to a great team of technicians.

Had my 2022 Bronco Sport transported to Spirit Ford collision center after hitting a deer in North Carolina. They prepared me for a lengthy wait due to a shortage of parts for this model, but my exceptional Spirit Ford Sales representative (Kyle Wallath) provided me with a nice loaner that I was able to use for the entire three months it took to complete the repair. The repair total came to $14,781, but when I picked it up, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I haven't noticed any issues yet, but they assured me that if I do, they will fix it quickly. Very pleased with the entire experience.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience, the staff was extremely helpful, communicative, and friendly. Our truck took less than the quoted time frame. And during the process, we received email updates allowing us to follow along with the process. Detailing was a nice touch since we didn't know that was something they did prior to pick up.Services: Auto detailing

They hate when people get other estimates or opinions. Didn't get many answers at the body shop, after the check was sent, they then decided to tell me they would need my car for 8 days for a bumper and headlight. I wouldn't go here.
