I have been looking for a hairstylist that I can come back to. I booked with Kourtney and I am so glad I did! She took her time to listen and understand how I wanted my hair. She is very knowledgeable, kind and has incredible attention to detail. I have extremely thick hair and she knew just how to bring my curls/waves back to life while removing a ton of weight. My hair looks great and feels amazing.

I had been going to roots salon for several years. Recently I have had some health issues and my husband was hospitalized causing me to cancel a couple of appointments I call 2 weeks ago and left a message to make an appointment now that things have settled down. No one bothered to call me back!!! This is unprofessional. I will be looking for another salon.

These guys really messed my girls hair up. Came out a weird shade of red and had the consistency of Cynthia from the rugrats. Paid like 150 for the whole thing and she couldn't even go to work it was so bad.

I went in for a color correction and came out with my hair looking bright red and not toned, and my roots were not blended properly. I paid over 150 and am not happy with the results. I will be going elsewhere from now on.Service: Hair coloring

I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped. It felt like the gal who did them had something against me. She was very aggressive! Two days later the area that was waxed is very sore and I have one spot that is an abrasion and has not even scabbed over yet. Also, when I walked in, neither gal working said hello. I definitely will not be back and will not recommend the salon to anyone!
