Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I spoke with Trina who is amazing at what she does for these animals it is incredible and I commend her.

Can't really give an accurate review. My friend had passed away and we were trying to find homes for his cats. I got an answering machine saying they weren't accepting any pets. Myself and other friends and neighbors found homes for them without help from any local organization.

Adopted Sylvester Wednesday from here. He is a very nice kitty and the staff were wonderful and patient while I took my time introducing myself to the variety of personalities.

Wonderful place and staff. I adopted a cat!who had surgery as a kitten. I’m so happy they did the required surgery.He has been healthy, happy, always uses litter box. Great variety of pets that need a forever home.

Went there with newborn kittens found on the road !I understand how frustrating it is when you have no room or foster parents BUT at least show some compassion ! I was talked to rudely and asked “ Why don’t YOU adopt them !”We have an allergic family and have 4 dogs !Maybe someone had a bad day , BUT that didn’t help these homeless helpless kittens ! Stay home then !! Show some compassion !!Thank God for Monroe Animal Control , they checked and checked until they helped us find a place for these beautiful babies ! And shame on you !!

BOYCOTT THIS ORGANIZATION!They are a complete scam and just looking for money! My poor baby Windsor, was sent to them to get the help he needed! He had a mental issue, that caused him to attack other dogs and small children! This organization, stated that they would take him in and send him through proper training and then re-home him. They never dealt with his issues, you cannot train a dog that attack’s people in 9 days! Within 9 days this, so called “corporation” has found a new home for him, without even dealing with his issues! Please everyone, if your a lover of animals do not go to this place or recommend it at all! They even made false accusations stating we were going to Euthanize our dog!#peta #animalrights #humanesociety #takeastand #cruelty #animals #dogs
