DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK IF YOU ARE DISABLED ! So, I opened an acct years ago with my daughter with me. I was very clear just an acct with no fees no bells and whistles... There are something's I can't explain but I was very clear... I have a brain injury and that is why my daughter was with me. Fast forward to today I had my acct reviewed , they opened the acct as a money market acct and I was being charged 25.00 or more a month in fees. This was so not acceptable. I set this up and explained circumstances athey fully took advantage of me and my account! I HAVE TOLD EVERYBODY NEVER USE THIS BANK! THEY ARE DISHONEST... I HAVE AN ACCOUNT AT KEYBANK IN DUNDEE THAT HAS BEEN OPENED LONGER AND THEY ARE GREAT GO THERE !

ATM took my deposit and crashed. Customer service is completely automated and a hassle to deal with. Took me 10 minutes to get my card out of the machine after it crashed. If I don't get this resolved soon I may switch banks.

Huge "coin shortage" advertised everywhere, so attempted to turn in $6 worth of coins which were NOT rolled only because there was not enough of any one denomination to fill a roll. With an account there I've had for decades, and a balance in excess of $8,000.00, they refused to take the coins. This was inside, not at the drive-thru. Unbelievable.

Very disappointed with Huntington Bank. The staff at the local branch have been very nice to deal with. But communication between the branch and departments from the main office is very poor.

seriously i called 20 times back to back to get someone on the phone. called toledo location got help right away. mind as well close this location down and just keep the ATM machines since that is the only thing working there.

If you are a student who has any desire to go abroad for any length of time do not get an account with this company. Upon calling to issue a travel notice on my account for 38 days they told me that I can't issue a travel notice for more than 30 days. I would have to call them after 30 days and extend it.
