All the staff are very friendly and caring. Your pet will feel safe in there care. I highly recommend them. We actually dive 40 minutes just to go there. It's absolutely worth it. Thank you to all the staff for saving my dog.

We have always received excellent care and prompt appointments at Heritage and this time was no different. Got a next day appointment and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Dr. Christine was great with our dog.

This clinic is so gentle, kind, and genuinely caring for the pets and owners! They got us in as quickly as possible, even calling to accommodate us on a cancellation to secure a quicker visit. They refilled our pets scripts same day. While continuing to stay in contact with us about our pets health and information regarding a referral to a specialist. They knew our puppy by name after just one visit in. They really made us feel welcome and wanted at their clinic. Dr. Christine has been just great all around for our boy. -I would say that prices are not "low" nor are they "high" they are middle of the road and you can expect to receive quality care for your dollars here.

My regular vet was booked out for sick pet visits. Heritage was able to get us in asap. The building is clean and all of the staff is so friendly. The vet was kind and knowledgeable. They followed up with us after the appointment which was appreciated. Overall I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again if needed.

I am a disabled veteran with a service dog. Talk to heritage multiple times during the day confirming an emergency appointment. Was told I could wait, and they "may" be able to see me when I got there. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

Our dog was having a sever allergic reaction. We scheduled an appointment for him to be seen today. When it was time for the appointment the appointment, we were informed that the appointment was for tomorrow and not today. My boyfriend spoke to staff 3 times today on the phone, each time he was told see you later on today. They claimed they had no idea who he spoke with. The staff was very unprofessional. We will no longer be taking our dog there.

I'm a disrabelled veteran with a service Dog. Dog was having allergic reaction made emergency appointment confirmed three times. Upon arrival was told I could not be seen at my appointment time. And they may be able to see me later that day.

Love this place, drive from Frenchtown just to go here. They don’t rack up ridiculous charges, if anything they are always doing things to SAVE us money. When we had to put my baby Madden down we couldn’t have asked for better care, and I have a devil dog named Herc who loves to bite, they are the only ones who have never hurt my dog, they work with his bad behavior (trauma from before he became mine), and are the only ones to cut his nails which is a total miracle..he even bites me..if you want your animal to receive the best care this is where you go to get that. Btw the staff, nicest staff I’ve ever dealt with..every vet just as amazing as the other..wish they had a doctors office too!

We live in California, but have switched to Heritage as our main vet as we travel to the area every summer. Their customer service is amazing, they truly love what they do. On more than one occasion, they've let us know a procedure was not needed and saved us money. I trust them with my pup.

I'm from Alabama and working here in Michigan. My fur baby was sick and they worked her in on the day we called. Dr. Brooke and staff were awesome. Highly recommend Heritage.

Dr. Amanda and the entire staff were so amazing with my fearful dog today! My dog is aggressive in veterinary situations and thanks to a very organized and thoughtful plan, he was able to receive treatment this morning while keeping everyone, including him, safe. It means a lot to receive such great care for my lovable yet difficult dog. Thank you so much, I feel very relieved!

Our baby has been a patient here for years. He loved everyone. Never scared. When it came time for us to say goodbye they did everything they could to be there for him, as well as us. We received the most heartfelt card in the mail today with a personal message from the vet and the Heritage family. We are so grateful for everything they do for all of our fur babies.

Dr. Shane & staff went above and beyond to help us find accommodations when our Saint Bernard's healthcare costs became unaffordable. This was after 2 years of Heritage providing attentive and loving care to our Saint. Our family is forever grateful to the staff at Heritage, and our hearts will forever be with Dante.
