With the endless changes in technology and costs occurring in Phone, Internet and Cable TV it is so helpful to have an advocate that makes sure you are getting the best deal and options.D & P Communications (who I have been a client of for over 12 years) has that in Shannon Clark, their Residential Solutions Consultant. Amazingly, she and D & P Communications are local to our community!!Shannon made me feel appreciated as a customer and then made suggestions that greatly improved the services I am getting. She represents the strength and power of D & P Communications in so many ways!

I moved to Dundee this summer and decided to give the local company the business. The people in the Dundee office were good but he service provided was not. I have called many times in 4 months with problems starting with installers not doing set up correctly. Outages of cable and internet. Poor signals slow internet and Wi-Fi Also they haven't got the billing right from the start my I still have the first payment I made not showing up on my bill. My cable line is still laying in my yard never getting buried. Sorry D & P but just too many problems for a new customer. :(

Terrible cable tv and internet service. Constant outages, speeds drop under 1Mbps during peak hours 6pm-12am, overpriced packages, rates increase every year. Their only fix is "it's on your end", it's your router, it's your modem. The reason for the lack of speed and outages is their nodes are over populated. They need to upgrade their equipment. You'd think with their high prices everyone should have fiber by now. D & P communications you need to stick to landline phone sand dial up connections. That's the only thing you are good at. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The People who work their are fairly nice, some more so than others.Internet speeds that they provide are mediocre at best, for ten dollars more than their highest package you can get 3x the speed from other providers. They provide fairly reliable speeds, but at the cost of constant, and I mean constant, outages, Daily occurrences where everything in the entire house is disconnected form the internet for periods of 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Keep in mind I called them on multiple occasions and they claim nothing is wrong. I can't speak to their phone or cable service.Pros:-Reliable service, When it is working.-Speeds you get are what you pay for.-Fairly friendly people.Cons:-Service outages are a daily occurrence.-Hours for support, or to contact any human body are terribly inconvenient.-Their "High Speed Internet" is actually very very slow speed internet compared to others, in America.-Your "Total Amount Due" on a bill is not actually the Total amount, it only reflects the amount they require you to pay that month. If you have any outstanding amounts other than that they will sit on another portion of your bill in small print on the third page, until you find it.Had to log back into Google 4 times to complete this review because of the D & P Communications internet service disconnecting me.
