Definitely need more communication going to get married soon and need a back ground check for my fiance to move in. Been trying to contact management to get this issue resolved I want to follow the rules and take care of these resident issues before she moves in. They never return my calls or emails. I'm going to wind up getting thrown out of here because of their lack of communication.

You're not able to have a window AC unit, even if you know own your home. The manager of the park is sending eviction threats for people with these units during a week plus of an unprecedented heatwave. Either they get rid of them and force their kids and animals to live in 100+ degree weather in a mobile home, or face eviction. It's cruel and I do not recommend anyone lives here. I've only heard horrific things about the people who manage the park.

Just moved back to Michigan from Washington State. Melissa and office staff was awesome to work with me and my son getting paperwork signed for a lease and moved in before I started my new job. The community is quiet and very well maintained. Looking forward to living here with my dogs! Thank you all!

Attempted to apply here waited over a month before someone finally emailed back. With customer service like that I am happy we said take us off your list because within a week and a half we had already been accepted by an apartment complex in town.

I'd give no stars if I couldThe management of this place is just one giant mind gameNumerous times rent has either "disappeared"Or "someone" isALWAYS complaining about your yard and your face and your existenceAfter having lived here over a year, done nothing wrong, paid my bills on time,and STILL gotten harassed myself by Melissa and then my own mother aswell -I mean, be warned folks,This lady tried numerous times taking other tenants to court over "no payment and eviction notice"Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I'd give no stars if I could. Horribly overpriced, no amenities and dictatorship type rules. I've been here since '97 and it's just awful now to live here. AwfulGo somewhere else if you can.

This place is not for families. They change the rules all the time. You never know whats current. If you ruffle feathers, theu go after you for stupid things. If you are at least 50 years of age, this will be the place for you soon. Next step they might evict the families so it becomes kidless.

used to be family friendly but as there has been a change in owner ship every year it seems the place has gone downhill, what NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY we have 5 small children and are constantly battling with management over what can be had and can't have for kids. We will get stuff approved just to have it denied the next month. Maintenance is a 10/10 amazing but I would say at this point that's the only perk this place has. Can't wait to leave
