Was a new patient. First time in the office. My appointment was at 2:30 waited until 3:30 before I walked out.

Make sure you call and double check that they actually will take your appointment. Scheduled an appointment on Sunday for an appointment that was available Tuesday. I took the day off of work and everything. I was in the parking lot when they called me and cancelled it. I was told me there was nothing they could do and that it was the systems fault. There were two days before the appointment and yet they waited 15mins before I was supposed to go in and cancel it because they were already booked up yet I scheduled it two days prior. Also only to find out he’s not available for another month.
