I have been a customer for 25 years. Today I went in and told the person who said he was the owner, I was sad to hear they got robbed. The guy yelled at me that I was banned and to never come back.I use to love the customer service I received there. But today was by far the worst service I have received in my entire life.

Selection of items are decent. Seriously wish Carrie was still there, the employees have attitude and super unfriendly. Customer service should NOT be their job choice!!!!!

Good friendly people and NO you can't buy one pop and put it on a credit card, it costs them 52 cents just to swipe the card and then a percentage on top of that.

I'm going to start by considering myself a regular customer of this establishment. You could say it's like any other liquor store, but then the more you engage in commerce the more it grows on you. I want.. to say its the cheerful service... Haha but what can you expect from someone who's been standing on their feet all day. Still, respectful and non hesitant to answer any questions one might have, but no it's not the service that draws you in or put you off. I believe its a community factor that gives it it's ambiance. Wether you are familiar with the area or not. You might just catch yourself having a conversation with a familiar face or a complete stranger. People of all upbringings from the well off, to the humble all share one thing in common. The urge to get drunk. Haa

It's fine if you have cash. Stopped by on my way home to grab a pop. Only had a card. He wouldn't accept that small of a purchase on a card.

They used to have really good sandwiches. I hope they bring back the sandwiches. Best sandwich in dowagiac.Also a perfectly adequate convenience store.
