Rude, disrespectful, and dishonest.
My father and I go to check out and the cashier sat in her own little world gossiping, not even paying attention to any customers that walk up. We got 3 drinks for $3 and it rang up $6 for the drinks. When we asked about the mistake, cashier huffed and walked off, later to come back after some time with attitude, “No they were not, it was brisks.”
We reassured her that there were different signs for different deals and she refused, saying they were all for the brisk. My father and I read the signs, so, not only was she just not wanting to do her job, if her excuse was the case, then maybe the employees need to do better at their job and stock properly? Or watch where they put their signs, maybe? But we know what the signs said, no need to gaslight.
If you’re having a bad day, keep it at home.

The employees here are completely useless and can’t figure out anything when it comes to the smart coupons. This store is messy all the time and the workers are too busy chatting with each other to bother helping out the customers. Get it together.

Sadly, they've outpriced themselves on certain items which has caused me to begin shopping with Dollar General. Who wants to pay $4.00 for one loaf of bread compared to only $1.25/loaf at Dollar General!

The most disgusting and dirty store I have ever been. Merchandise all over the floor, looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. Cat litter all over, just filthy. I don’t know how they can sell food in this place. Walked in and out. Will never go in this store again. The Board of Health needs to investigate this store immediately.

The manager is so polite and inviting and under her management the store is running more smoothly and even if they are busy they have the time to be polite and not take anger out on you..very professional now and excellent service

This place is nasty! The store is dirty, things are thrown everywhere, the staff is unfriendly and the outside matches the inside of the store.I just cannot believe how rude and nasty the cashier was to us. I was trying to talk to her but she wasn't having it and was just throwing our items into the bag.

Needed a quick trip to the family dollar for an emergency item. It was 8:50 pm and the doors were locked. Two employees were looking out the window laughing because I couldn't get in. Sorry. Will never shop there again. Went to Dollar General to get it and will give them my business from now on.

Great customer service and they always have what I need! Employees are courteous, know what they have and where it's located. A big time saver!

The cashier was so pleasant and very helpful in finding what I needed!!!Family Dollar is the store I shop at, one of the reasons being the cleanliness of the store. Superb!
