“I was on my way back home from MI when my car charger stopped working. I stopped at this Shells to buy a new charger. Later found out it’s not a cord issue. Chris was working the counter and I was very impressed. He provided me with great customer service along with everyone else that walked in. He was personable and while I felt I was in the middle of no where Chris created a safe environment while I charged my phone for about 45-60 minutes. Chris, if you get to see this buddy, you have a new friend in Illinois. AND if the thought of moving ever crosses your mind come see me! I have a job for you.”

The lanes are wide and well-lit, with easy and clearly indicated entrances and exits. They do a good job maintaining the trash and washer fluid here.”

“I stopped at this gas station and convenience store yesterday and was very impressed with an employee named Carla. It was a busy bustling morning with a few people in line and more shopping for breakfast and coffee. Carla was tending the two cash registers single handedly and you wouldn't know it as she worked them at lightning speed and the lines flowed smoothly. Carla deserves double pay for yesterday morning. Great job, Girl!”

“Did shopping on line and this is what I found when I got home. I live 30 miles from the Holland store. I email them and get a response saying “sorry, come to the store so we can fix this”. Wow. Their fault, I need the product this weekend, and they want me to waste my time and money to fix their mistake. How about a full refund on the product so I can buy a replacement locally at a different store? And I selected the wrong option, meant to say I don’t recommend them.”

Don't use the road to the west for right turns because the light will back past that. Turning left out of Speedway is going to be tricky and require light traffic and a bit of luck.”

“This was a gem of a find! While on a birthday weekend trip, our tire pressure was low and needed to find a place that would help our dilemma.
