The woman and the front desk appeared quite overwhelmed, explaining how the delivery driver was too fast and she couldn't keep up, she was also very short with my 5 year old. Store itself seems clean and well organized and stocked.

I'm not sure what happened to this store, it used to be great. Now its a complete joke. Most of the employees are incapable of doing anything especially anything to do with customer service.

Had to wait for cashier to check me out and it seemed like she was bothered by me checking out. She rang me up and one of my items that was on a 1$ shelf rang up for more. I told her I grabbed it off the dollar shelf. She made a disgusted noise told me I was wrong and stormed off to the shelf. I followed her and she complained about incompetent people not being able to do there jobs. She pulled the product off the shelf while complaining. Then went to ring me up and did not honor the price of the miss placed product or apologize for the wrong items being placed there. Dorr mi location
