I brought my dog Apollo in for his shots, heartworm check and a fecal parasite check, as well as an exam. Everyone was very friendly and good with Apollo, the exam went better than I expected.

We had an unfortunate encounter with Dorr Vet Clinic requiring us to move our pet care elsewhere. This involved a series of major staff communication issues that lead to a massive (and totally unnecessary) overbilling, plus a misdiagnosis of a rescued cat we found we were told was 2 weeks shy of giving birth. Turns out she had a serious case of worms, not babies. Staff was financially focused throughout, not compassion-driven given the circumstances (the animals in question were rescues from a neighbor who went to jail and left 4 pets behind with no food, water, or care). The clinic's staff refused to apologize for thier miscommunications with us or even recognize their diagnostic mistake. After rehoming the rescues, we moved the care of our 7 fur babies to another clinic with a more focused, compassionate mission and business ethic and not one solely focused on finding ways to financially benefit from their customers even when they are in urgent or unique circumstances like we found ourselves in. If you need a custom approach for your animals, this is not the place to go. It's all about making money off of you for them, unfortunately. With poor communications too boot.

Dr. Williams and the staff there are amazing!! Our puppy wasn't afraid or nervous about being there. That was the best vet experience ever.

Dr. Casey is the best. Great team here. Whether it's the Vet team or the grooming team, much appreciated.

Since we have have been bringing our little dog here, we are always happy with their care for him. Routine visits are always great and when our pup had an emergency or an illness the service is prompt and compassionate. I also appreciate help with questions when I call them and the time they take with advise and questions on his care.
