Always friendly and helpful, typically have what I need. If not, they usually can get it in a day or two or can recommend a neighboring Ace Hardware who has what I'm looking for in their inventory.

Went in for some nuts and washers for a table leg. Greeted when I arrived and London knew exactly what size and amount was needed. Better than "Big Box" store. Worth the trip!
