Well Grand Pointe Marina you fell very short on customer service and Providing service to my boat and service needs! Your service Dept is a joke! For 2 years, no joke I tried to get my boat serviced! Even thought I didn't buy it from you, because you didn't have the right options, you still represent Monterey as a franchise dealer for service. I spent almost $170,000 on a boat and trailer and I can't get it service. I call your service Dept several times last year for a 20 hour break in service and all I got from them was how busy they were with shows, rigging, sales, and current repairs. I called during the summer and in the fall and they couldn't tell me when they could get it done, even if I book the appointment out couldn't get that done also. So for 2 years last summer, last fall and just recent I called for this spring. All I get is can't help, not sure when, and it will sit. Well that's not good enough for me. I'm done calling and trying to give you money and service that you would think you want. Thanks I'll move on.

We had an awesome experience working with Robert, our salesman, and Chris, the General Manager! We were treated like family and all our questions were answered completely. There was zero pressure put on us to buy. We were referred to Grand Pointe Marina by a friend and we certainly recommend Grand Pointe Marina, Chris and Robert to anyone looking to buy a boat.

I sent off photos of a damaged seat posts that was covered under warranty.I contacted the service department they said they were working on it. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard nothing. From my perspective, poor service.

I purchased a pontoon boat this spring (2023) from them. I have been ignored when I reported that the speedometer did not work. Salesman I have left company.. got another salesman and I get the "Oh I need to check with XXX" I'll call you back. You guessed it no calls. There are other places to purchase a boat. The good reviews are for those who don't need help.Update: Owner replied to the review that he would have Service department contact me. Still waiting on that too (3 weeks at this point).

Dealing with this company was a good experience. They were customer oriented and answered every inquiry promptly. Picking up our new boat went quickly and the employees were very courteous and friendly. Would recommend this company.

Good pricing. Brand new boat was not clean when we bought it. Cushions were all over the place when the boat was delivered. There was no plug on boat when delivered. Not a huge deal but kind of speaks to attention to detail or lack of it. .......Nice response from owner. I guess that is why I have a photo of the package you sent two plugs in. I did ask you salesman to have the boat cleaned and was assured it would be. Cushions magically bounced around while the boat was being delivered? Isn't that kind of dangerous?

The entire sales and service team have been excellent to deal with. I had some warranty work completed with them this winter. There were a couple manufacturer's defects in the gelcoat of our 2022 Monterey 238SS. Their body shop did an amazing job restoring the issues to showroom new! When I picked it up, they advocated for us with the factory since they were trying to deny the claim. They went to bat for us and even sent it back to their body shop to ensure it was done to their satisfaction, as if it was their own boat. What wonderful, caring service. Thanks again to the entire service staff at Dimondale, you are wonderful at customer service and satisfaction! Can't wait for another great season and a season we don't have to stare at the gelcoat defects. Cheers to you all!

I can't say enough good about Grand Pointe Marina. Due to no fault of the Sterling Heights store there was an issue with the boat I purchased, a 2022 tritoon. Bottom line, Grand Pointe's owner and staff worked with me to keep me a happy customer and now I have a 2023 of the same model.Their professionalism and honesty allows me to recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a boat, of any kind.

In this day and age it's tough to find a Caring Business. No attitudes and they even call you back. I can only give them a 5 star but they really deserve a 10. I've been boating over 50 years and I must say NONE BETTER

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience as an out of town purchaser of a Blackfin 272cc from your dealership. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to par with what I had hoped for.When my transport guy arrived to pick up the boat, it was not ready as previously discussed. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that you had attempted to ship the boat on a damaged trailer instead of the one that we had previously agreed upon. While my transport guy was able to catch this mistake and you were able to switch the boat to another trailer, I was further disappointed when the trailer arrived with damage to the back end.To make matters worse, while I was expecting certain accessories to be included with the boat, they were not installed upon arrival. You had agreed to ship them out to me, but after two years and multiple conversations with Chris, they never arrived. This lack of follow-through and communication was incredibly disappointing.While Jason was initially very good at his job, I must say that he ended up being one of the worst salespeople I have ever had to do business with. As a result of my experience with your dealership, I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone purchase a boat from you. In fact, I would caution Blackfin against allowing your dealership to represent their boats in the future.Overall, I found my experience with your dealership to be quite disgraceful. I strongly urge you to improve your customer service and communication going forward to avoid similar negative experiences for future customers.Kris

We purchased a new 2022 Monterey 258 SS and what a wonderful experience from start to finish. Doug Roosien was extremely helpful and attentive. We would definitely recommend him and the Marina for all of your boating needs!

I want thank everyone who help with the purchase of my my new 2023 tracker targa v-18 wt . Scott was the salesman who I was talking to with the help of others on the sales floor .top notch people to deal with . I had one issue before taking the boat and warranty mg and his employees took charge of the problem and off I went . The walk though with the service mg was a lot of fun and he was right on top of any questions I had and made sure I was completely satisfied .
