“I visited the store on Labor Day. I knew very little about Select Comfort but was intrigued by the sale. Every staff member was helping someone so I roamed aimlessly. Within only a few minutes I was approached by the manager who worked hard to accommodate me and the person she was working with. She got me set up so I could self learn and assigned someone to help me asap. It was a fabulous experience. Although they were busy, I didn’t feel rushed. They took the time to answer all my questions, and I left purchasing what I expect to be the best bed ever purchased in my life. Can’t wait for the delivery date!!”

Called looking for an item and the individual on the phone was very helpful. When we came into pick it up, was greater at the entrance with a hello. The sales rep that helps was very courteous. After picking up the item we had purchased, we asked about another item that was showing no longer available, and they found that it 1 one was available out of a location in Maryland. Every interaction has been top notch and professional. Because we’ve always picked up the purchases, I cannot speak to their delivery process. I appreciate being able to pay cash and typically drive away with the furniture. Only once for the bedroom set did we have to wait for the order but it wasn’t very long. I’ve never paid sticker price for anything since Joe is willing to dicker to make a sale. Don’t be afraid to ask him what’s the best he can do on something; he really will negotiate.”
