Bad place for shower. No one wants to clean washroom so they add numbers to computer. Literally waiting 2 hrs for shower no one goes in or out n computer keeps on calling number n opts out after 10 minutes. Such bad employees playing not to work .

Very convenient and clean. Great place to stop for travelers. They have a good selection of road trip snacks.

Pilot is a good trusty truck stop. You can do some shopping for some necessities while you're on the road grab a burger from Arby's or take a shower.

When it comes to showers stalls I am very particular and there aren't many pilots are not up to par. Victoria really done a wonderful job making sure showers are well clean as should . Like most pilots I've been to aren't the best of care....Thanks to Victoria she made sure that we truckers are appreciated and can get a good shower in a very clean one Thanks Victoria you're awesome!!!!

Easy backing. Friendly employees. Truman and Connor are always smiling and respectful. Clean showers. TA is terrible and never has power or showers sp stop here first. Thanks guys!

I had an extremely disappointing encounter at the Pilot Flying J store location recently. When I asked Christine for a simple cup of hot water, I was shocked when she insisted on charging me for the cup. It's utterly absurd that a Pilot Flying J counter employee would demand payment for something as basic as hot water and a cup. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to this location. I hope they reconsider their customer service policies.
