O'Neill has wetsuit sizes 4XL-Short and 5XL-Short on their chart, but I couldn't find them online. I called them and expressed my need for size 5XLS and being unable to find it. They informed me that iSnorkel special orders these sizes, so they're only offered through them. I then called them and while they don't have a full 5XLS right now, they were considerate and searched their warehouse and reached back out to me later the same day.Kudos to iSnorkel for taking the interest and understanding the needs of big guys. I hope big guys support them, so they continue to see the value in serving our community. I purchased an Epic 3/2 full in 4XLS. It's the largest I'm going to find and I especially want a Jack O'Neill. Living in Oregon, a wetsuit is a must, so now I have a target size in my weight loss!

iSnorkel have a very extensive selection of high quality gear for water activities and safety. We needed updated snorkeling and SCUBA gear for an upcoming trip, and they were able to find wetsuits, masks, fins, and inflatable lifejackets that perfectly met our needs. They listened to our travel plans and suggested equipment that would be appropriate for the specific environment we were traveling to.They go the extra step beyond just making sure everything fits correctly. Dave ensured that we knew how to properly don our equipment (including our child), that our masks were properly broken in (cleaning off mold release), and prepped to avoid fogging. Their service makes a huge difference over just finding the basic products.

May 28, 2021 I purchased the O'Neil GI Jack Traveler Hybrid board shorts. I really liked these shorts and used them several times per week for water sports in the ocean.I paid $79.50 plus shipping and In less than 6 months the zipper oxidized and became stuck in the open position from use in the ocean. It then broke when I tried to close the zipper.Neither O'Neil customer service nor isnorkel tried to make it right by replacing the zipper or replacing the shorts.O'Neil appears to be cutting quality and is no longer the brand I have come to love and respect. And isnorkel, a company I have known for excellent customer service was also of no help.If I were to ever purchase an O'Neil product from iSnorkel, it would only be through Amazon, that way, Amazon Customer Service can provide help, when the manufacturer and the seller fail to deliver.

Twice in the past few years I have received exceptional service from Dave and his wife. I live in the San Diego area (where we have plenty of surf shops), but I will continue to patronize iSnorkel remotely due to the service I received. I wear an unusual size (XLS), and when they were unable to order this size for me in a front zip full wetsuit, they took the effort to call me and tell me that they found the suit at another vendor (and told me how to contact them). They spent a lot of time with me, yet forfeited a potential commission to help me out. That is the definition of great service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I live in California, where there are a lot of stores that sell wetsuits, and was very impressed with their selection and prices.

Headed to Maui next week and just learned I need a rashguard shirt. Even though it's HI, the water will be cool and the sun intense. My Michigan skin will surely ruin our trip without the proper protection and gear. I called the shop and spoke to Dave. They are open until 5pm, but if you need alternative hours, they are will to accommodate requests. I require a plus women's size and don't like men's fit. Dave pulled some items that might work and I was able to try them on there. I happily left with a seafoam, long sleeve in 2XL Tall!!! inconceivable! iSnorkel has a nice little showroom, with a huge selection in the back, just waiting to be picked. Snorkel gear, beach wear, floats and all kinds and sizes of wetsuits. I believe they used to be Huron Dive and Scuba (or something like that). Dave explained that they carry a wide array of sizes for all shapes, male or female. I am looking forward to the 9" boardshorts with stretch, coming in a couple months. They would be great for kayaking and SUP this summer. So glad we stumbled upon iSnorkel.

This gem just west of Ann Arbor rocks! Beautiful boutique water sports shop with people that know the whole industry. Then bam, walk into the back and there's more of everything. Biggest, cleanest, changing room I've seen where I tried on two wetsuits, walked out buying my fave. A real store, and "the internet" too, right in my neighborhood

Going into this place made me happy. I felt like they weren't rushing me, and like they had all the time in the world to discuss the sport and the gear that helps make the sport enjoyable and safe. They have a LOT of stock and they are willing to help you find: l). What you think you need, they answer questions. 2). What you need and don't know is available, they give possibilities. 3). A solution to a problem you have getting a good fit (with any scuba gear) 4) Other options if they don't have the gear in stock (I never felt I was getting a hard-sell to buy anything while I was there) These aren't typically the items you want to buy online. For me I like to be able to feel the materials and see how they work with my body. When it's time to snorkel I just want to get into the water and have fun without the hassle of crappy equipment holding me back. I recommend this business. The personable feel while I was there is as good as it gets!
