I've been using upside when purchasing gas from multiple gas stations. I've been to this gas station and used upside here, claimed it, and after paying, about a week later, I received an email stating that they denied my claim. I will no longer go to this gas station.

So tired of coming here and nobody being here. There is so many times I come I'm the middle of the day during business hours and NOBODY IS THERE. I'm just done going in general.A year later and same stuff. Closed at 2 in the afternoon. Had to turn around and go into town. Ridiculous!!

What a nice little store with gas station out of no where in the country. Unfortunately I did not come in to the store. From the outside the store looks so neat, very well maintained. Alcohol sells here too.I am not sure if there accessibilities access. One think I notice this place sells Kerosene.

Since new management this place has done a big turn around. Everyone is very friendly. Autumn is hands down a awesome store manager. Keep up the good work.

Terrible customer Service. Last time I was there they were out of gas. No signs stating that. Went inside and asked if they were out and the clerk said yes. I suggested they put signs out stating that so people didn't waste time. Clerk replied " yeah eventually I will do that" . Went there again just yesterday and same thing. Pump was operating really slow. Then stopped after about .20 worth of fuel. Went inside and I asked if they were out of fuel. Different clerk this time. Clerk didn't know. So I tried a different pump. Same thing. Went back inside to explain my prior experience and was met with much eye rolling , sighing, and generally a horrible attitude. I suggested I may have to quit coming to this store and I am a local resident who has been coming there for over 15 years. More eye rolling and clerk said " fine don't come here" Now here is the best part. I asked for the manager's name. Brian I believe it was. Got his phone number and he did call me back. So I asked him first "what is your position ?" and was told "it doesn't matter what my position is so how can I help you?" I immediately told this person, it's no wonder the staff has such a terrible attitude. It must trickle down from management. I asked who the owner is and was told " good luck finding that out" and this "manager" then hung up on me. Probably the worst display of attitudes and customer service I've dealt with in a long time. I won't be going back but I will be trying to track down the ownership to make that business owner aware of the rude, arrogant employees at this place.
