“I had an appointment at this branch yesterday at 4:30 PM. I was running late due to a meeting at work that lasted much longer than I had anticipated. The ladies behind the counter were extremely friendly and did not seem annoyed with the fact that I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, even though they were closing at 5:00 PM.Becky was the person who helped me with a name change and notarization of a document. She was seriously the nicest person that I have ever dealt with at any business.I really wish that I could give this branch a ten star review, because they deserve it!!!”

She always greets us by name as soon as we walk in, takes great care in remember things we talked about, whether it be related to banking, a doctors appointment or some trip we went on.
