I went once and they let me know that the rust I wanted to treat was not worth treating as it would continue to get worse.This year I got hit with hail on 7/21/23 - so many cars were damaged it took until 10/27 to get my car repaired. On pick up they notified me that they received the wrong trim parts and I would need to come back to get that done. Josh estimated it would take a half hour once they arrive, but he would not accept the $4000 payment until the job is finished. Still waiting on a call back to finish the chrome trim.Everyone I interacted with at the shop was polite and professional!!!!”

“Great store; always clean and tidy, staff is always friendly. And today I needed some antifreeze, a few jugs. After ringing me up, the associate (I think his name was Cody?) held both doors open for me while I was carrying the jugs to my car, and even held them for me briefly so I could unlock and open my car. It's a small gesture, but one I certainly appreciate. Can't say I've had a store associate help me with like that before. So yeah highly recommend. Great place for your auto needs.”

“Ann Arbor Auto Body is the best! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. My car got hit twice this past year, so I have recent experience with other body shops in the area. Ann Arbor Auto Body did a great job replacing a passenger door on my car, beautifully matching the paint on a 12 year old SUV. They told me that it would look like the damage never happened, and that is totally true! Plus the price seemed reasonable compared to other places. They always called me when they said they would, and the work was done on the date they said. I could not be happier with my experience here.”

“The Gerber Collision on Jackson Rd. in Ann Arbor was by far the best repair facility I have ever been to. Nicole was so very informative on the whole process and kept me updated at least twice a week, so I never had to worry about the status of my car. From the moment I went in for an estimate everything was very detailed and geared towards the customer. I had gone to other shops, and they were very quick with the estimate and were more focused on them vs. the customer. I found them from the Subaru website as they were a certified repair facility, and my Outback Wilderness was only 3 weeks old when I was rear ended, so I wanted to find the best shop to do the work, and this was exactly that place. The work was top notch and fast, they ensured only the OE parts were used. They were so efficient, and customer focused even took care of the rental car, the day I dropped off the car they already had a shuttle scheduled for me to go pick up the car and when it was time to get my own car back, all I had to do was go to the shop, they took the keys and had the rental picked up and turned it. Picking a repair shop for your car can be stressful but this Gerber makes it so easy, and rest assured you are getting the absolute best work!”

But don’t forget to make an appointment when you need any service or else you would wait few hours until the service finished.”
“Jacob is amazing; he is knowledgeable, personable and he always goes above and beyond. Recently I had to have my car towed after Toyota was already closed for the evening. The driver dropped it off in the service area; before I even had a chance to call in the morning, Jacob had already looked up my car information and gave me a call to start working on it. Everyone there is helpful and courteous and despite being a busy location. They all work quickly and efficiently to fix whatever car issues you have. I cannot recommend this location enough!”

“As someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars or car parts, I'm not sure how valuable my opinion will be...but I've had good experiences here the two times I have stopped in. The first time, my check engine light was on so I stopped in and an employee hooked my car up to a machine that told me what the problem was. The second time, I needed a new battery. They tested my battery and it indeed was bad, so I bought a new one and they installed it. Super easy access and convenient location. There is lots of parking. The store is organized and clean. AND most importantly they are honest and nice. If you need any car parts stop in an check them out. They can also add you to their email list where you get coupons.”
“I only have experience with the service center so far, but I'm impressed! I've gotten oil changes, tire rotations, service checks, battery changes, and recall fixes on my truck all throughout multiple visits and have no complaints. They are quick to get you scheduled, and stick to your appointment times. I've never felt like they've tried to up-sell me a product because I am a female, which I have experienced at a couple other dealerships. Any time there were unexpected costs, they made sure to check with me before performing the work. I've never waited more than an hour between check in and my truck being ready to go. This will be my first stop next time I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle, I hope their sales department is just as great.”
