“Moved here from out of state and hadn't found a new vet for my cat and then suddenly he got very sick. I called riverside and they got me in within the hour and unfortunately, there wasn't anything we could do, but the staff here (front desk, the tech and the dr) were sooo kind and comforting and explained everything to me where I can understand it. Dr also was petting him through the process. They put me at ease and even though I had to walk out of there without my cat, I was glad that this is the place I brought him too. “Had to euthanize my 36 year old mare. Couldn't have had a more compassionate vet. She even took my gelding up to smell her afterwards. He looked up the hill where she was placed and he called for her 3 times afterwards. He's been very quiet since. She's a wonderful vet with a big heart â¤ï¸ and her credentials are superb. “They have always taken the best care of my family's pets. Zeeb’s has cared for and treated 4 generations of my family’s pets. From my grandparents’ dogs, to my parents’ birds, cats and dogs, my sister’s cats and dogs, my cats and dogs, and my son’s cats; the care, professionalism, and compassion has been above and beyond basic needs. The pricing has always been extremely reasonable and I have never felt that they are in it for the profits, but there for the family and their beloved pets. I do not ever want to have to go to any other vet for the care of my pets.”

Sadly we had to euthanize our precious Smudge but we were comforted by the kindness and professionalism the entire staff demonstrated at every step. “I have been a client of Dewitt Veterinary Hospital for (close to, if not) 5 years. In these 5 years we have not had very many emergencies so majority of our visits often consists of check-up’s/wellness exams or spay/neuter. During these visits every single staff member we have ever had has always been the most kindest, patient and loving people, towards my pets and myself and from my observations everyone else I’ve ever been in the lobby with. They have always been thorough and provide the upmost respectful care to my 4 dogs and 2 indoor/outdoor cats that find themselves getting into mischief.
In emergency situations there follow up care absolutely exceeds any expectations of explanations into diagnostics and lab work done by an emergency facility. They ask and listen for your intake on the event and your understanding while going over the reports sent over and giving clarity to whatever situation you may have went through.
Upstanding people and clean establishment.”
