Zero stars is what this place needs. Sick is what it was! This place is so filthy, I wouldn't even buy a candy bar. The coffee spot was full of syrup, everything was sticky and obviously has, not been whipped down in a very long time. I considered getting a tea with peach syrup, until I turned around and saw the filth in that area too. My 9 year old daughter filled up a slurpy cup and was putting a top on it, until she pointed out the sink right next to her, which had brown slim chunks in it. She looked at me and said she didn't want her drink anymore. My husband went there a few weeks before us, and I was telling him about our experience. He said how funny it was that we are saying how filthy that place is, because when he went in to just use the restroom. He forgot to tell us how gross the bathroom was. Management needs to address this, and I cannot believe anyone would ever consider eating/drinking anything from this store. ???

I used to like this location. Lately the staff is extremely rude and unresponsive when asking questions, saying hello or thank you. I just told the clerk thank you and have a nice day after she handed me my change and she didn't say a single word. She simply walked away. I didn't even get acknowledged when I walked in. I think I'll take my business to Meijer from now on.

This gas station racially profiles Black Children!! Upper Management needs to step in ASAP to do an investigation on this matter!! This is unacceptable!!

I don't like that when I go into the city they don't have the dividers on the registers but then when I leave the city I have to deal with the dividers you would think that the company would have a universal policy on having dividers or not I believe the dividers are a waste of time and do nothing the science has proven that thus far thank you

If you are coming from the freeway, I recommend heading to the speedy cafe north of the off ramps. They sell hot food, have larger bathrooms, and are much less cramped all at the same distance.

Here's what happened today: I stopped at this Speedway location just South of Hammond Farms. I believe the store # is 7534. Employees Katie and William were cold, insolent, sarcastic and rude to me the entire time I was there. When I entered I was not greeted and the employee named Katie was so cold I should have worn a coat. I wanted 2 hotdogs and I found there was no warmed cheese to put on the hotdogs and only 3 or 4 very small jalapeno peppers in the tub so I asked her to get more of both. She checked the tub of jalapeno peppers and told me "there is already some in there" and refused to fill it with more. I still stood there waiting for the cheese. Finally, the employee named William who knew I was waiting came forward after making sure to make me wait several minutes more while he finished cleaning something. I asked him about the cheese and he said coldly that "we don't have any." I asked why the woman didn't tell me that so I wouldn't have waited. He glared at me and said "I'm telling you now." At that time I told them that I was going to call the district manager about the treatment I received and William flippantly said "go ahead." As I was leaving he waved at me and sarcastically said "bye." I believe they were trying to bait and taunt me into saying or doing something inappropriate and thereby justify their behavior. I didn't take the bait. I did not yell at them, swear at them or do anything inappropriate. If there are cameras and voice recording equipment at that store, upper management can verify these facts. They were the only two employees there and as integrity is in short supply these days, I'm sure they will provide a different story. I am a retired accountant and would never treat a customer this way and am appalled at my treatment. To management: You can bet these employees have treated other customers this way too. Unfortunately, most customers won't take the time to complain as they think nothing will result from it. I'm sure Katie and William act this way because they think they can without repercussions. Management: please show them that that's not the case.

Because zero is not an option. No receipt paper in the pumps, no fluid in the window washer reservoirs (bone dry, all of them). Friendly enough cashier. Only thing working as far as gas purchase is the loud ads blaring from the pump. Worst station in the area.Edit - still no receipt at the pump, and add no light in the restroom! Zero/Five

I know staff is short and times are hard..but what a horrible location this is! The line is too the back of the store.. its lunch time and they are very busy..a young man was having trouble using a digital system to pay for his gas the cashier was not being very nice about it!! I gave him the 20 to cover it, he was obviously embarrassed and the cashier tried to refuse to let me pay and made a huge scene. I then go to the other cashier to pay for my items, all I had left was a 50 dollar bill...he literally tosses my money back at me and says he can't break the 50! I travel ALOT for work and have always sought out speedway locations...but will never return to this spot!!!
