The staff at this location are all so kind and helpful. My son had a harder time getting his blood drawn than normal today, and both phlebotomists were fantastic with him. Bloodwork is always dreaded in our house but they make it easy!

The ladies at the Dewitt office are AMAZING!! Particularly the main phlebotomists (I’m not sure her name ☹️).
I took my 11 Month old in for a blood draw. I was nervous and from start to finish she was great. He never even cried!!

I love that they extended hours at this location. The last 2 times I've been here, there was not a long wait. The staff are very helpful and cheerful.

The ladies were amazing. I was very scared to get my blood drawn and they did great helping make it easy. Super kind and understanding that I had a fear. Quickly took 3 tubes of blood and I barely felt it.

These ladies are the best. I have visited MANY times throughout my pregnancy and postpartum and they are always kind. The check in system makes it an easy process. I have even brought my 2 year old and newborn for labs- I was scared but the phlebotomists made it a great experience for everyone (toddler didn’t even cry!). My only complaint is the hours of operation.

Skipped a test on purpose without telling me. Had to do with a cancer diagnosis. Not the way to do things. Made it so I did not have complete info for my Doctor appointment and had to wait until the long Labor Day weekend was over to finish.As my son said, "Time is of the essence in these situations, and these guys are playing games."

Usually, I have no issues. However, at my last visit, it took over 20 minutes for the phlabotomist to input my 2 lab requests into the computer. It also took me about 10 minutes for me to explain that I have a new primary Dr that I need the lab results sent to. Due to all of this, it made me not confident in the phlabotomist that things were done correctly. Also, when I was inpatient those phlabotomists had to poke me multiple times each time they drew blood.

The place is clean and convenient, staff is friendly and professional. I'm usually in and out in a short time; I always try to go at quiet times. Reports come back quickly and I can look mine up on my patient portal. My doctor has never had a problem receiving a report. I would like it if they stayed open later, but that's the way it's set up.

Friendly staff, pretty quick turn around times and most importantly they are gentle with the blood draws. I used to be terrified about blood draws but now I'm no where near as uptight about it because they always put me at ease.
