They spend the time with each customer to make sure they’re satisfied to the best of their abilities.Verizon’s corporate structure towards customer service has diminished over the years. “Stopped into the St. John MI store to check on a phone concern and possibly an update to my phone. Was told by the Manager and a counter girl that they didn't carry any Android phones in the store, only IPhones. They gave me a website to check out for an Android replacement phone. Told me to bring the phone in WHEN I got it, and they would set it up if I couldn't. WTH? So what a relief to go to another location and not getting blown off because I didn't want an IPhone. Joe and Jade were great to work with and got me into a new Android phone I felt comfortable with. I didn't even have to go online to a website to find a new phone! They had them right it stock! Purchased a new Galaxy S23 FE and so far very happy with it. Thank you T Mobile St. Johns for making a bad situation a win!”
