Took a screen in to get fixed. After a month of not hearing from them, we called and the worker said maybe they didn't have what they needed. He was not sure though and said he didn't know when it would be ready, but it usually only takes a couple days. Went to the store today since it had been a week since we called and it was still not done.

Would never buy another stihl product from there again. Weed whip broke and is supposed to be covered under warranty. Left it to be fixed and keep getting them telling me they are waiting for parts. After a month I went and took it back because I need it and they haven’t even tore it apart to see what parts it needs. Just lied to me multiple times on the phone. Now trying to find another dealer that will fix it under the warranty and also bought another $400 weed whip becuase I can’t wait on this one any longer. Piss poor service

I was very turned off today when I visited your store and was met with a pro-life event announcement on your front doors. Not a great look in 2024. I won't be coming back.

Good store with good employees, but I will never go back. I never look at price of birdseed, it's normally $13 for a 40 pound bag of birdseed, I get home and discover they charge me $30 for a 40 pound bag, ok I figured no big deal, they over charged me, ( bought other items so didn't really pay attention) went back to store and the girl at the register nervously tells me that's the price, obviously not her fault, so now I'm gonna put this out there! People of DeWitt stay oughta here go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service... you'll speak to someone within a minute of entering the store. Good products. Reasonable prices. Decent selection without being in an airport hanger. Possible advice on a project. 5 stars.

Walked in for a simple plumbing problem walked by two workers without a single word walked to the isle asked a guy who was changing price tags a question to be told he didn't work there looked for a minute with two other employees watching me without a word before I left can't wait to see them close. or mayhirw workers who care about customers more then their dam phones worst shopping experience period.
