My first visit with these guys was amazing. They were kind and understanding. I had lots of questions and the vet never got upset with me or made me feel like I was being an inconvience or anything. I feel like a few of my questions were silly but He addressed all of my questions and then some, without making me feel dumb. I truly believe in todays society its hard to find people in general who are this caring. 5 out of 5 reccomend. I will update if that ever changes.

The staff is so friendly and patient with us. They are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. My wie had about 100 questions for the vet at our first visit he never made us feel rushed or like we were taking too much time. Great experience and I felt like they truly cared.

We had a great experience bringing in our dog- she had a tooth root abscess. Scheduling was quick and the staff was very compassionate and professional. Pricing was incredibly reasonable, given rise in costs across the industry. Thank you for your care!

Accused me of not giving my dog her prescription medication; when I went to have it filled again they said she’d been off of it so long and they wouldn’t fill it until I brought her in for her routine visitI fill my prescriptions through pet meds and had 360 pills from may 22 to last to roughly the start of December. Called at the beginning of December, and today; and they refused to fill her prescription citing she had been off of the medication. She had never been off of the medication, has been on it consistently for more than six years, and I was asking for 13 days of pills to hold her over until December 26th appointment. Refused to help. Embarrassing, pathetic, and downright disgusting service from a professional who supposedly cares for animals. Thanks for letting my dog down you guys really care for your patients.

DeWitt Vets and staff are caring, efficient, friendly and super helpful! We've been taking our pets here since 1982, through the change from Dr Hanson to Dr Wendy Kasheneider and now the addition of several additional vets. Super busy practice! Highly recommended.

Normally have had terrible experiences at vets, and since we were from out-of-state I was extra worried about getting some help for Tigger, but thank you SO much!I'm sure I was just awful to the staff since I was freaking out, but everyone was so respectful and understanding.

I met with one of the employees Daisy, she took care of all my worries and questions for my two Bengal cats Conan and Valleria and ensured they got the correct shots and the neutering so they would stop spraying my home. Life and stress have gone away and they are back to normal being good cats.If I need another service I would definitely seek out the professionalism from this location.I've been to other vets and are so clinically cold and it's a money thing, at least at the Dewitt site I got the information and care that other places don't offer.
