Clean modern restroom. Nearby is a huge Meijer store, a drug store, several great food joints.”

“We love the Okemos location to begin with. But the customer service, especially Luciano, goes above and beyond. He saved me from a bout of tennis elbow when he saw me struggling to get some tree sap off and brought out some chemicals to make the job easier. Luciano even finished scrubbing it off for me.”
“I love this place! The workers are all friendly and accommodating to special requests. However, this time, they did not vacuum the inside of my truck front and back seats to my satisfaction. I was really disappointed. Next time, and yes, there will be a next time. Nobody's perfect. I will check the front and back seats before I leave.”
“Great car wash, prices could be more reasonable. The only problem I’m sure a lot of us have is the entrance exit drive no one seems to know what way to take. Either you are in the wrong spot or the other vehicles are. it’s becoming a hostile area for drivers. I would recommend the company buy signs for that entrance/ Exit area.”
“This is my first time using Lake Lansing Mobile and the repairs were pretty straight forward, but all around I had a very good experience. There are 3-4 big chain auto centers right on my road, but I'd still rather go here. Their customer service was good and the mechanic drove my car with me to make sure he identified the problem I was describing. They offered to give me a ride to work when scheduling the service.
When he called me to say what work needed to be done, the mechanic was clear, concise and professional. I have had bad experiences with other mechanics who tried to make me sign paperwork without even letting me read a summary of the work to be done. Not here. He made sure I understood what he was doing. Once the work was done, the mechanic did inform me of some other things that could use attention, but he didn't pressure me to have the extra work done. He just let me know it might be something to consider.
I felt that the price was pretty reasonable considering other places I've gone. I felt comfortable. They also asked me if they could rotate my tires (fixing a mistake made by the people who did my oil change a month ago) and explained why. This is probably the first time I actually felt comfortable getting repairs.”

“I didn't go in fast enough and the light turned off but, they still charged me for the wash when I didn't get my car washed!!! I was dumbfounded. They returned my cash AND gave me a coin worth $9.00 on manual or another drive thru wash ! All I had to do was call the #.”

“Usually we come out the other end, better looking than when we went in. Only real complaint is, my wheels. Wish they were just a little cleaner. But really, I feel Austin is probably the driving force on the car wash side. Because of where I live it’s difficult to find any of the unlimited services that are worthwhile but because I drive through Lansing on occasion, this is my best option. This also happens to be one of my favorite car washes. It does a good job compared to most auto washes.”
