My grandmother called to make a payment toward her storage & the front desk associate (I think his name is Chris) COMPLETELY went off on her for no reason. At first he hung up on her, then he became very very rude & disrespectful to her, even though my grandmother had been there for 20+ years. We have never experienced this type of disrespect from them, ever. She had to call a customer service line to just give them the payment to her storage room.

I have been calling both locations from morning to late afternoon since June 28 till today no answer and I went up there no access to my items and I always pay directly with someone the place looks abandoned and no one is available, I have left a message with no call back and there is no note on the door, my things are in storage and there is no one to service the customer and no email or messages to explain this unprofessional business

This was my moving out day, Oct. 4th, after 5 years. The staff was helpful and efficient. The cost has gone up a little, but still a good deal for the location and my storage needs. I would definitely use this Franklin St. location again.

I would not recommend using these people for your storage needs I have stuff stored there for five six years and because covid came in nobody was answering the phone and then when I did get through to somebody to pay my bill they said they couldn't accept my money because their system was down and then they turned around and sold all my stuff because I never paid the bill. Bad place to work with don't trust them

The staff is courteous but the hours of accessibility are very limited. Also, in order to access your unit you have to be escourted via the elevator. I recently moved my things to another place because of the inconvenience.

This is a shady operation. I rented a space on a Saturday but could not get there before closing time to store the stuff. Went back on the next business day, Monday to request a refund. I figured the 15.00 "processing fee" would not be returned, but I expected the balance of 65.00. I was told by the nice clerk that she would have to call someone who would then call"corporate"--apparently corporate was located in another state. They would inquire about my refund. THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER TO CORPORATE OFFICE. Trying to find them on-line is tricky. Only local numbers are listed. Even though I paid in cash they knew I could not receive a cash refund, IF I could be granted a refund. About 2 hours later onthe same day the very nice clerk called me back and said I would receive a check in the mail. Somehow I doubt it, but I will wait 30 days which will be up in another 2 weeks. DON't waste your time at your Personal Vault even if you do live downtown. Go further out. You will no doubt have a better experience, and a cleaner, more modern building.

I reserved a small unit online for 19$ a month. Upon arrival this morning I checked in and gave my ID and credit card to the employee. I received my receipt and was charged $26 a month. Not a huge issue, but I had a reservation receipt stating only $19 a month. I then explained that I would not want the unit if it was not $19 a month (as my reservation stated). They were not able to make the price $19 so I decided to cancel my reservation. I was then told I would not be able to receive a refund. So, in the end, I was overcharged for the unit and they unethically kept my $26.
