My visit to the Xfinity store today was pointless. They told me I had to either use their website or call customer care. Despite the large store and available staff, they couldn't explain why my billing date changed or help me adjust it. They also couldn't tell me why I was charged twice in one month with different amounts. It was a total waste of time, and I still have to call customer care to resolve my issues. Customer care explained me what happened with my billing and addressed my issue.

Potentially the angriest anything has ever made me. It's like humans don't even exist here. It's just the AI assistant and it's terrible. If they make me go this entire weekend without the brand new internet service I just got I will cancel it immediately and change to someone else.

After fighting to get my phone upgraded online I was told to come into a store. Roslyn was my sales rep. Long story short it didn’t seem that they were wanting to help. She told me things that just were not true, saying I had to wait a whole billing cycle before I could upgrade, even though I just paid off my 13 pro max days before. I’ve worked in this industry and from the body language to not wanting to find a solution it was clear they did not A. Know what to do and sent me out the door with no answers, or B. just didn’t want my money.Feeling uneasy about the interaction I immediately went to the Troy store, and my guy Taylor had me upgraded in less than 15 minutes. Shoutout to that team!Maybe more training needs to be provided to retail employees and most definitely online support. The nightmare I had to go through just to give you guys money was jaw dropping.

Rosalyn misquoted a promotion to me which caused me to sign up for an extra phone line that I didn't need. When I brought up the situation to the store/management, I was asked to write a detailed letter of my interaction with the associate (Rosalyn) and someone from management would call me during the week to try to remedy the situation. Weeks have passed and I still am yet to speak to a supervisor/manager about my experience. Avoid this store if possible. They don't care about their mistakes. Your best resource is corporate or the website

EDIT: The response from the “owner” was garbage. There is nothing happening with that link and no one is assisting you.Original Review: Absolutely atrocious. I was helped by someone named Rod back around end of November 2023 and was told I will receive the $600 that xfinity stole from me or my trade-in phone. I received a message that it will be looked into. This has been going on since July 2023. It is February 2024 and I have received NOTHING. I called Rod with the number he gave me and get straight to verizon’s deleted number voicemail message. Xfinity Mobile is a scam. Avoid at all costs. They dont even have their own direct customer service phone line. I have detailed information on how they scammed me in other reviews on other websites.

Xfinity is known for having the worst customer service and this location is no different. Employee assured me everything was fine without checking my account. Now here I am the next day being told I need to go into a store to resolve an issue on my account. Going to have to yell at staff to do their job like they want to keep it
