I love them…especially the pharmacist. They’ve been taking care of my mother for years…even delivering to her! Now, they take care of me! They make you feel special individually!!! They remember all their patrons!!! They supported my daughter’s fundraiser while in med school!!! I love this pharmacy family!!!

Extremely helpful and courteous. I have a prescription that my regular, big franchise, pharmacy said they couldn’t fill. I called in the script a week earlier and they waited until the next week, when I went in to get it, to tell me I couldn’t get it and I should call around to find it at another pharmacy. I did just that. I called West Side Pharmacy and the pharmacist was able to get it right away. He goes well above and beyond to help. I switched all of prescriptions to West Side Pharmacy and I am so happy I did.

We just moved to the neighborhood and don't know anybody, but the good folks at Westside Pharmacy made us feel at home. They made us feel welcome. I had a full page of prescriptions to fill, and they did it in no time. They also asked me which brands and sizes I preferred. You aren't just a number here, you are a person. At CVS, Rite-Aid or other big chains, you won't get the same experience. I highly recommend you check this pharmacy out.

Detroit friends, if you need a pharmacy, go to check this place out. They have the best customer service. We went with a full page of prescriptions to fill, and they did it in no time at all. We felt welcome and seen. It's a great group, and you definitely won't find the same experience at a big chain pharmacy. I can't recommend this place enough.
