  It is not acceptable to wait that long to get a western union. One person working at the counter at 9am on a weekday is not enough.

  The cashier's are polite and swift. Only issue is entering and exiting be on guard and be prepared for the "you got any change" BS. Other than that it's a great place to cash your check to avoid the bank lines and drive !! BTW Their fees are very reasonable around 2% or so.
