So disgusting I didn't want to pay the insane amount they wanted so I wanted to pay and go and they broke the connectors that have to do with the fusbox as that is what the other mechanic shop just let me know and I am disgusted.

Livernois.....I already left a message for bbb do not get your car fixed here they will not fix your problem.... I went in had it put on autozone and their diagnostic machine as well. I needed a tune up, I didn’t have the loot for a (major tune up)so the guy said he could get my engine light off and for it to stop shaking at a lower price (basic tune up) they gave me an undetailed receipt. The next day my engine light was back on and shaking even harder. I went back asked for a detailed receipt and all they did was change my ignition coil . I was told I wouldbe getting a basic tune up they would not refund me my money or just fix the problem another guy said he dose not care what the other mechanic told me I have to pay for the major tune up if I wanted my car fixed. I was charged 353 all together I will never go here again# I’m going to do my best to do something about it update ya all soon 0 stars…thief’s

Charged me 3 times what my parts cost for labor and just want you to finance to get more money out of you didn’t even come to get nothing but a oil change and brakes done and they wanted 1000 if you don’t got the money to finance on your repair I wouldn’t definitely go here also Just got my brakes, rotors, and control arm waited all day with my two younger kids and baby & cars in front of me just for them to charge me $1000 they try to scam you by telling you a quote just making up price theywant u2 finance and don’t even look out, they want to get over cause I’m female, I could have went somewhere where my money mattered my car broke down tonight after just having a full inspection done and something wrong with tire I cannot see! This is worst place I’ve been ever I never been more dissatisfied and disappointed in service and time wasted their and my time on a tow truck tonight with my babies in car they just money hungry not worried about safety at all

My husband went in on a Saturday to see about having our new tires mounted & balanced & to also have a wheel alignment done on my vehicle. They were already pretty busy & asked if he could return for the service on the following Monday. No problem. Husband asked for a price because he’d have to work that day & he stated I’d be bringing the car in. He was quoted $160 for the tire mount, balance & wheel alignment. When I went on Monday & asked for the exact services, I was told the price would be $210! I immediately stated my husband was quoted $160 & I FaceTimed him to let the guy see him & also for my husband to tell me if this was the same person who gave him that price & it was! He had to honor the original price of $160. That was a huge turn off! They mounted the tires, not sure if they were actually balanced (I generally don’t trust them/their work at this point), but the same guy came to take me to look under the car & tried to explain why he wasn’t able to do a wheel alignment. He stated I needed a lower control arm. I left just having the tires mounted, paid $60 & I will NEVER return here! We were planning on taking our second vehicle there to have new tires put on it as well, but after the $50 price hike 2 days after the quote, they simply can’t be trusted! I don’t know if it was because I’m a woman, or if because they’re in “the hood”, they think they can price gauge, either way, they lost these customers for good. Run away from this place FAST!!

My 2017 Lexus RX 350 was in need of 4 new tires, an oil change and new brakes all the way around. Of course the Lexus dealership wanted a ton of money for these services, so I began to call around to some local shops. Now-I ain’t gone lie-I was afraid because I’ve always taken my car to the Lexus dealership for service. I definitely didn’t want to place my car in the hands of someone that would provide lower quality work-which would bring the value of my car down drastically in the long run. But, the staff at this repair shop made me feel very comfortable. They knew and totally understood my concerns. They educated me on some things I didn’t know about my car and gave me a great deal on the work. I paid a little more than half of what it would have cost me at the Lexus dealership to get the repairs done at this shop! Annnddd, my car drives like new! Way better than it’s ever felt when I picked it up from the Lexus dealership! This was money well spent. I’ll definitely be returning to them!

All of the people that are in the comments with five star rating Are people that work at that shop.I don't recommend nobody going to this shop they are scammers. I took my Buick LaCrosse in one morning for a service check up and they destroyed my whole front end costing my thousands of dollars to fix
