I have been getting my Wegovy here, and I have been extremely satisfied with the service. They have it in stock, and they FedEx it to me overnight. Everyone I have encountered at this pharmacy has been very pleasant.

In the beginning everything was fine now it's not the same. Billing insurance for prescription but I'm not given the amount that was prescribed then rebilling the insurance for another amount. I believe they want me to switch pharmacy well they got there wish. I'm done with community walgreen.

My husband, myself, and 2 friends got our COVID vaccine Moderna booster shot here. We were walk-ins and received very good service. We were in and out in 15-20 minutes. Everyone was very nice and professional. We are all seniors 70-87 years old. Appreciated having an area to sit and relax while we filled out our forms and waited for our turn. Free parking in the rear made everything easy.

Zero stars if I could. My dr has messed up a few times and erroneously called my prescriptions into this hilariously incompetent pharmacy. Dealing with them is nothing but hassle after hassle. Their automated phone system, they’re draconian policies, their RIDICULOUS HOURS. I have a chronic illness and I work… I can’t be here to sign for a prescription and I can’t afford to wait either. Seriously the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

I went here to get my COVID Moderna booster shot. The staff were very friendly. The entire process was very fast. I was in and out the door in under 20 minutes. The only challenging part was that there was no bike rack to park at.

My experience with Walgreens Specialty Phamacy has been absolutely the worst! Over the past year they have been nothing but issues each time. I take an expensive spcialty medication, my Insurance provider (BCN) will only allow me to get the Med from WSP, several times there have been so mamy issues that I recieve the medication nearly two weeks after I'm suppose to have taken it, which not only throws off the theraputic level of the drug in my system, it throws off my treatment schedule, which means, other tests and follow up have to be postponed due when I recieved and when I was able to take the medication. On several occasions I've asked for the specialty med along with my Zofran script. WSP has NEVER filled the Zofran, when this occured, I called and was told "we didn't have the medication in stock". I was not informed of this....I've had to have a new script sent to a local pharmacy to have the Zofran filled...I can't take the specialty med without the Zofran. After speaking with a manager I was told I could be signed up for heir web version of script renewal and that would streamline the system. I've done that several times now. I fill out the renewal online, the next day I get a phone call from them and still spend 25-30 min on the phone wih them...I'm not clear how this is "steamlined" or made my experience easier. I am NOT IMPRESSED in the least!

Great experience at this location, friendly staff they are so helpful, a pharmacist i guess her name HEBA she was great , so kind, and helped me i answering all my concerns. Thanks Walgreen for having great staff

Fiils and ships expensive Rx even when told not to. Can't return. Insurance paid for almost all of it but I feel this is their way of insurance fraud.
