This office needs to be iinvestigated and shut down asap!! People need their mail they don’t take people mail not being delivered serious??? Terrible o tired of my daughter calling me complaining about this post office not delivering her mail . Not receiving many thing when it’s being scanned and she is being notified when her mail is being sent.
Y’all need to give these people answers and do something about what is happening to mail, packages ..this is unacceptable

I was suppose to get two pieces of important mail a week ago. I have informed usps so I know when my mail is being scanned. I believed my mail was lost or misplaced in another mailbox. I went to the post office to speak to the supervisor about it and was told it should arrive any day. The only mail I received was recently from two days ago and it was in another mailbox. The mail I was supposed to get a week ago never was delivered to my mail box. The supervisor didn’t help instead she place the blame on my mailbox and said someone could have stolen it. I’m very disappointed and angry about my mail missing. No one at this post office seems to care or bother to investigate what happened to my mail. Lastly because of them I can’t file my taxes because my w2s got lost.

Great customer service, but be very careful driving up the driveway just to get in the parking lot. The driveway just messed up my bumper. Best to park on the street if you don't have a truck, so you won't take a chance in ruining your vehicle.

Worst post office in the whole United States lies and says they delivered the mail then when u called them they say it’s lost very rude very unpleasant, and unprofessional if i could give negative stars I would , they need to be shut down for good

My first time at the Fenkell and Patton location. The customer service was excellent, I was promptly waited on, my transaction was politely handled and the facility was clean. What a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Beyond horrible location. Nice clerk but terrible management specifically the African American lady with the short wig. Do not come in here expecting help or to even be treated like a decent human being. This location should honestly have closed years ago

I'd give this place a negative star if I could. The customer service has really declined over the years, my mail has been marked delivered just to find out later that day it wasn't actually delivered when they marked it, mail is now coming as late as 8PM, and mail carriers look you dead in the face and drive past but claim they had no access to ually deliver your mail so it will come way behind time. They seriously need to do a complete turnaround fire incompetent and rude staff and carriers and start completely anew from the ground up. I would be more satisfied if they closed down completely just to do so, because as of now, it is just terrible.
