Zero stars. Nobody at the front window. Waited for 15 minutes. I could hear the employees in the back enjoying themselves. Customer behind me yelled for someone. No body came. I called the office phone, it rung and then busy signal. I didn't trust them with my important mail. I drove to another post office. No wait. SMH

This post office need to be shut down.. she/they are never at the window, always with an attitude.. you can here employees dancing and partying in the back room.. thought post office was a federal job.. people don't come to the post office unless there's business,. No one comes to play around. I guess unless you are the staff and employees. People have things they need to do.. guess that's not important. They never open on time.. always laughing in the background... It's disgusting?

This is the the worst post office over here in this neighborhood about three good employees. Don’t know what’s going on from day to day Attitudes with their customers, not friendly at all giving out wrong information about your mail

TODAY IS SATURDAY, SEPT. 30TH. THE POSTAL WORKER AT THE SCHAFER DETROIT LOCATION LOCKED THE DOORS AT 1:45 AND OPENED THEM ONLY AFTER I ASKED HER WHAT TIME DOES THE POST OFFICE CLOSE. THIS EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE, NASTY AND HAD SENIOR CITIZENS OUTSIDE WAITING BECAUSE SHE CHOSE TO CLOSE 15 MIN EARLY! I AM HOPING SHE DOES NOT SABOTAGE MY DELIVERY! HER CLERK NO IS 07 THE MOST RUDE, CLERK I HAVE EVER SEEN. CLOSING EARLY, LOCKING OUT SENIOR CITIZENS. RUDE , IGNORANT YOUNG LADY? I HOPE THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE UNDERSTAND THAT black people deserve quality service

If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! Sign says open from 7am-5pm. Google says opens at 8am. Went there at 8:30 and the doors were still locked. I could hear some man in the background saying how “this is a good job, you not gon threaten my job” I knocked on the service window and he quit talking for a sec but never came to the window. Ridiculous, they make you jump through hoops to work for the post office and still hire ppl who don’t wanna work, PLEASE DO BETTER.

Everytime I've gone in this post office it has been horrible. They locked the doors early in my face, then told an elderly lady to leave even though she could have been done by closing time. They absolutely don't care about customers. ?
