VISITED THIS LOCATION, BECAUSE I NEEDED TO MAIL DOCUMENTS TO LAS VEGAS. I ALSO NEEDED AN ENVELOPE. GOT THE ENVELOPE AND GOT THE DOCUMENTS MAILED. THE WHOLE THING NEEDED TO BE WEIGHTED. MY DOCUMENTS ARE HEADED TO LAS VEGAS.

Never get through to check my packages where abouts customer service inside location suck they talk crazy to people I had several packages stuck at this place and went through a lot to retrieve them even with my name on them I was told they couldn’t be delivered to my mom house the address had to match my identification and she couldn’t pick them up even when the special note on my packages state if I’m not home she can sign off she own her home and have cameras all around we both have the same last name and she has proper identification it’s just a headache honestly with getting packages not mail

It's a bad post office ? I sent a paper letter to the UK 20 days ago and it didn't arrive. I don't know what is the reason for this delay.

It is by far the worst post office,I go a straight week with no delivery and then the will come and deliver a single mail piece and not all your mail and then tell you your mail is up to date but it show in your informed delivery but won't receive it

Post office opens up at 8 but there is no clerk at the front desk they don't come until 10 so now I have to sit here for 45 minutes until someone comes to pay my PO box

Apparently this is a a place where Tahoe the employees make the rules and decide who they will deliver the mail to. I’m a victim of their negligence and decriminalize customers services. In one ovation may mail was not delivered because I had flowers. They retained my mail for The summer months. Another time I was working on my porch the mail person asked that I removed my mail box from it’s original place because she was not going to deliver at where it was. Now I cut my flowers and the had been returning my mail, according to them my house is vacant.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I never receive my mail and I was told that I now have to make an appointment to pick my mail up. When you call to schedule and appointment they have an attitude and when you go to pick it up they have an attitude. The only person who is always pleasant is the young lady with the braids. This is ridiculous and I am going to go to the news about this. If you don’t want to work then don’t come, but don’t take your attitude out on others.

I have been using this post office for a while and I wish they have all new staffing they need more help. The young Light skin girl is about her business and she will come back and let you know that she is still looking ,but the older woman needs to go to manner School she have to much of a stern attitude to be in customer service...... She Should RETIRE!!!

If our regular carrier is absent, we normally don't receive any mail and he is absent alot. There have been times when 5 days have gone by with no delivery, mail delivered on Sunday or multiple times in one day. This system is broken and in desperate need of repair. They sneak around delivering packages at night and make empty promises about mail delivery almost daily. Some people are waiting for important mail and this lack or care or concern is unacceptable.
