THE NEW CLERK IS ALWAYS MAD AT EVERYONE AND EVERYBODY IF YOU BRING MORE THAN 8 ENVELOPES OF FEW PACKAGES SHE WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR 4 AND MAKE YOU GO ON LINE AGAIN TO PAY FOR THE OTHER 4 PACKAGES OR ENVELOPES, SHE WILL ALSO ON THE BACK DOING SOMETHING ELSE AND IGNORES PEOPLE RINGIN THE BELL FOR SERVICE TILL THE CLIENTS LEAVE, ONES I WAS HELPING A LADY WITH A BOX THAT WAS NOT HEAVY AND THE CLERK SAID IF YOU CAN VERLY LIFT IT WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THAT I CAN LIFT IT AND TOLD THE LADY THAT THE BOX WILL NOT BE SHIPPED AND SEND HER BACK OUT, ALSOOOOOO LOTS AND LOTS OF MAIL GETS LOST IS KIND OF WEIRD NOW THE MAIL GET LOTS SINCE THE NEW LADY IS IN THIS POST OFFICE BEFORE WHEN THE OTHER LADY WAS THERE WE AND OUR CLIENTS NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES AND THE OLD CLERK WHO RETIRED NOT TOO LONG AGO WAS SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY THIS NEW LADY NEEDS TO GO ASAP.

Very bad service time is 8: am and I have to wait 1 hour outside apart from that they get annoying I had an appointment at 8:15 am to process the passport and they didn't attend to me because they missed their appointment but the lazy ones open at 9:30

I am visiting my son home. We had our vehicle tabs from Fl renew on 3/20/24 and never received them. Had them sent out again on 4/10/24 again never received them. Then on 5/2/14 again and have not received it. Another piece of mail a check was mailed from with in MI was mail on 4/18/24 received it almost three weeks. I contact this office after second time lost and received no response. Very poor service.

Vary rude worker at desk she make me tape my label even after it states do not tape. She would not offer me a sleeve. I have never had a bad experience at the post office but this one is 100 worth closing very dirty and no uniform on post carriers. You should live your job 100if not please be replaced with someone who would love this job

They always lose my mail. Really important federal documents such as social number cards are simply lost! And when you go and ask, they are rude and don't even bother to look for them, they just say there is nothing. ? ? and it hasn't happened to me once, it has been many times.

Deserves 0 stars ppl here are lazy ash they spend their time talking in the back and then were rude because I wasn't on time to my appointment but I arrived 15 minutes early. Terrible service I don't recommend this location at all.

Had me waiting 40 mins while they chatting in the back. It was like it was around there lunch break or something. It was at 9:00 a.m.. never coming back here again.

They say they open at 8 but when you get there no one is on the booths and you can hear them in the back. Once they attend you they do so with an attitude....this is unacceptable behavior
