This specific post office irritates me because they always seem to find a reason to send back my package that I'm trying to send out to my buyer. Yet, I go to any other post office besides this one and not a single problem comes up. Never coming here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND! INEFFICIENT POST OFFICE.

Worst on phone service I called to ask about a packed the was requested to pick up at post office I obviously call my designated post office And the woman that answer was already being rude she asked for tracking number ( in a very rude manner ) I give it to her explain to her what the email said Now I'm just informing this woman for 1 the information she was asking for, 2 the information that was given to me She continues to ask me question with a ride attitude /tone IF YOU'RE GOING TO WORK FOR THE PUBLIC AND CUSTOMER SERVICES GET CHECK YOUR VOICE OF TONE AMD THE WAY YOU TALK TO OTHERS OR DONT DONT WORK IN THAT LINE OF WORK !!! PERIOD ! I didn't even get her name she hung up so quick she's from this post office

Unpleasant!... literally felt as if they either lost or hidden personal mail I've had put a 'Hold' from certain dates no more than 7days. Till this day I'm still expecting a check of about 1K!.. might be because of how I've noticed their unpreparedness which rises these type of concerns or doubts. Other than this it was not much of a wait at this location. My personal mail had a rubber ban wrapped over it. Hopefully they get proper training or maybe more staffing to help organize and sanitize the Post Office. Thanks very much however.

Lady was so rude for no reason. Definitely never coming back to this place. Truly someone should get fired and rehire the lady.

African American Worker is very rude and unprofessional. Lazy to do her job! Didn't want to take me in to process my passport and it was 1pm. Need employees who want to work.

I wish I could leave no stars the women in here are beyond disrespectful, talk to you with no respect, rolling eyes, they act as if they don't wanna be there how about y'all quit or move somewhere else where your working is full of Latinos some who can barely speak English try being a bit more patient or get a customer service class because because what I experience blew my mind!!! Usps needs to do a better job hiring because no reason should anyone feel disrespected if they need help and that's their job to help

All of ladies except the guy with the beard have horrible attitudes & on top of that don't do accept passport applications. Asked the Latina with crooked teeth if she can check my application is filled out correctly & said 'idk I'm not applying for it'

After reporting the clerk who was very rude, I actually got a response from a representative. Please request that people's rude behavior is documented or they will continue to abuse patrons.

LIARS!!!!!! Do not go to this post office. Told me they do not give receipts with tracking numbers. I asked when they started doing that and the worker (female of latin descent with wavy hair) told me the postal system stopped doing it for awhile. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I knew that was a lie. She went to get a "supervisor" then returned saying she could do it for me . Hope my package doesn't go missing for me making her do her actual job !

Go anywhere else but here the a hole employee's here need to learn customer service. They are f-ing rude AF. It's not my fault you work here or what you have done with your life, if you don't like your job go find another one. Can't even ask a question with out the MF talking s*** F this place.

Its like a qualification to work here is to have a bishy attitude. It went 0 to 60 just like that bishes stay angry even for drop off.

I've been here multiple times never once had a problem until this morning. Not sure what her name was but she was African American with a little bun. Not sure what her issue was this morning, but her attitude was beyond me. She didn't help me nor anybody else in front me me. Can you just do the job your paid to do?! Damn. Had to go to a whole other location. Check your employees and they attitude please.

They do not scan packages past 3:00 pm , who does that ???? I have never heard of that policy in any usps office !
