Nobody is ever working at this post office. Waited around in the lobby for ten minutes and no one came to the counter. It's an absolute joke that they haven't shut this location down or improve their performance because they are horrible.

These people at the front counter 1/3/2023 always have attitudes, they couldn't even provide tape to tape up package. I went to the dollar store and bought tape. Customer service is horrible every time I go

I prefer this post office to many others. There is plenty of free street parking, and the office is spacious. I've never seen a long line here. I'm in and out within minutes. The service is friendly too.

Mail system has completely failed, it’s unbelievable, The customer service ethic is very low, team members are disrespecting and it’s a disappointment to the system which have fail in customer service and support to delivery and approaching their customers, the whole management and team needs to be reset, it’s getting disgusting day after day with the late deliveries and the work potential in the employee to camp out during there shifts on streets without delivering all out the mail that’s need to be sent out, I am very upset and sad that this keeps happening and my next step is to file for a suit, it needs to be a stop to there lack of work and effort they give us customers.

Horrible. I get here at 8 am. Because hours are 8 am to 5pm. Guess what doors are locked! Still locked at 8:30 am. I had a letter to pick up. This is unacceptable. Everytime I come here it's not open on time. I came at 9 am a week ago and doors were locked. I saw workers going in but post office doors locked. What a joke! This would absolutely not happen in the suburbs.

The mail person that delivers to this place of business only delivers mail once a week, never everyday. They deliver to the wrong address quite often and also brings back returned mail.

Post worker arrived in a truck to deliver a package,I was securing my dog when when shouts "don't open the door until I get off the porch". I tell her my dog is secured, 16 y.o., amd can't run out. She replies, "yeah that's what everybody says."Don't nor send her back to my house. I an a taxpayer and deserve some respect.

Just went over to this post office to send mail to the IRS with a certificate of mailing. I arrived at 2:30 pm today, Wednesday June 9th. The door was locked and NO ONE appeared to be in the place. I went around to the back area and a janitor told me he had no idea if anyone was their and wouldn't try to help me find a postal associate. Is it any wonder they are not sustainable?

They are not delivering mail thats has informed delivery! I have a locked mail box so I know it is them. They are mixing up apartments when its only one mail box that hold a dozen. This is not jjust pandemic, they are stealing.

Received alert on my phone that delivery was attempted while I was at home. Could not access location. They have a key to access the building to deliver the mail to my apartment building. Why falsify tracking results? No package!
