Bills have are being sent back to DTE saying the post office is unable to deliver at our address. Being given the runaround.

They all need to be fired. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Extremely apathetic and inconsiderate. Never available. They go out their way to make you feel like you're inconveniencing them for asking them to do their job. The audacity of it all. It giving unprofessional

Nobody is ever working at this post office. Waited around in the lobby for ten minutes and no one came to the counter. It's an absolute joke that they haven't shut this location down or improve their performance because they are horrible.
