I had a great experience today mailing a package at this location. They helped me avoid overpaying because I did not need priority mail, and they even gave me a candy cane! This site also delivers the packages to my home, and they corrected some issues quickly when I called in. Thank you!

Perfectly functional post office. Line of 3 people when I went 10 minutes before closing and moved quickly. The ladies were efficient and helped me with the two errands I came for. I and out in ten minutes which is great for post office errands.

I now drive across town to avoid going to this post office. All the friendly staff have left, everyone is inefficient, they’re not open at posted hours, avoid at all cost. They will lose your mail, they'll screw up your forwarding, they'll do it all.

I’m not sure how these people even have a job. Lazy, rude, zero people skills and even less customer service skills. If they hate their job that much, they shouldn’t be there. My tax dollars shouldn’t pay for these sub par clowns.

If I could give them no stars I would. Very disrespectful immature and foul. The supervisors are immature and hateful. Since Feb they have been throwing away and forwarding my mail to different addresses. Unprofessional and Ignorant don't choose this terrible place they have no morals or common sense evil. They hang up the phone one even told me they love being petty disgusting older women.

Both the ladies that was working at the post office with very rude and act like I was bothering them the post office was on chene will not be returning to this post office need people that love helping the public not people that don't. What to help you

I just don’t understand why the carrier claims that they cannot deliver packages because it’s not a secure location……there’s always someone home and the carrier did not even come to the front door! I am beyond tired of having to either go up to the post office to pick up my packages or receive it past the delivery date, in which I paid extra for 2 day express shipping!!! I wish I could have my service switched to the Jefferson location instead!!!!! The carrier has one job to do!!!

Package said delivered but never received it. Waited 5 days after hoping it would appear in mailbox, but still didn't receive it smh. Y'all stealing people packages now smh.

I am giving this 5 star review to Ms. Tina, since she went above and beyond to service my special needs daughter after her work colleagues continuously dropped the ball in failure to locate a medical supply package that had been there for months (due to a postal clerk that was NOT Ms. Tina) writing the wrong customers information on the the package. My daughter and I truly appreciate you Ms. Tina and we pray that much peace and abundance comes your way. Thank you for being who you are and always giving us great service!

Three back-to-back-to-back “attempted” deliveries where no notice was left. The items totaled a few thousand dollars and I still have not received them. I even rescheduled delivery and gave specific instructions on how to get j to the mail room at my apartment (even though this was never a problem before).I cannot reschedule delivery because the website is broken, the automated customer service line cannot get you into contact with an actual representative, and I have been trying to call the office itself for two days (at one point redialing constantly for 2 hours) without an answer.Absolutely unacceptable performance on all levels.
