UPS Sucks. Won't scan packages. We're switching to FedEx since we cant' afford to not have proof of pickup. Can't take that risk. I mean, why do we pay for insurance if you won't scan. We had a couple of $7,000 orders ship out and you guys refused to scan so we had to drive them in to the Service Center. FedEx gave us great rates and they sounded like they actually wanted our business unlike UPS. I hope you guys go bankrupt when Amazon starts delivering more and more packages for below your cost. It will serve you right!

If I can give a negative review I swear I would. This company is not with the customer in mind. The fact that I called at 9am to ask about if my package can be delivered first because of funeral arrangements and all I’m told is sorry can’t do anything. Unacceptable and will NEVER EVER EVVVVVVEERRRRR use this lame excuse for a company again. Do better.

I’m visited this location today and was immediately greeted by Pam!
I had previously spent more than 58 minutes on the phone with customer service prior to visiting the service center so I wasn’t hopeful if finding a resolution.
Even though I didn’t get my package because it wasn’t at this location although customer service assured me that it was, Pam was super helpful in researching the mystery.
Kudos to Pam.
Hopefully it comes tomorrow!

Unfortunately Amazon seller used UPS as carrier for the 5 products we ordered that were supposed to be delivered by June 19th. One of 5 was received June 19th. The other 4 (all labeled the same) kept saying wrong address (we've had address for over 30 years). Not sure where UPS was going. After several conversations with Hoover staff, several minutes on hold, Sherry finally got drivers to deliver to correct address on 6/21 (needless to say we missed our management presentation). It seems that the packages were relabeled to my attention as opposed to the person the other package was delivered to. Very strange situation.

Amazing how Amazon has been in the delivery business for far less time that UPS yet has much more advanced technology as far as tracking a package and getting packages to customers on time!! Leaps and bounds the difference is. Ordered something that was shipped UPS, unfortunately, was delayed and ENTIRE day. Then when told the new delivery day and time, it's still not here when it's supposed to be. Might come eventually, who knows...

It's good. They couldn't help with Amazon returns, they advised me to go to (The UPS store), not access points, not custom services, but the (The UPS Store) look it up on Google, if you have a QR code, but if you have a printed label, you are good. Other than that, they are good.

I 1st used USPS to try and send package to UK, was a disaster. Then used UPS, no paper work here unlike USPS, and it was amazing. I will always use UPS from now on.

Delivery driver left my package outside of my apartment building, where this is a door right behind it. Someone stolen my ps5, ruined my Christmas, store didn't want to give me refund, canceled my account, ups doesn't want to pay, may have to get a lawyer at this point. I'll never use ups ever again. Horrible experience and I'm out of 500 because your driver was lazy and left my package
