Michelle has been taking excellent care of us and our mailbox in Detroit for over 15 years. She is awesome to deal with. Michelle and the whole crew at this location work really hard and deserve all the praise they can get. I always look forward to come and see them at my UPS mailbox in downtown Detroit.

This place was very busy and Michelle was really holding it down! She was taking care of 3 tasks at once and still being very kind to the impatient cranky people. We should all take a lesson from her and learn to have some kindness, patience and hustle!

This UPS Store Team goes Above & Beyond! Michelle Pryor and her colleagues were so helpful, when a package arrived too late and had to be sent back. And the general atmosphere in the store is so positive and willing to help, every person who handled a package was so nice. It makes me wish I lived in Detroit, so this could be my default store!

The owner attempted to grossly overcharge for package materials despite the sign clearly stating at actual price which was 1/3 her claim. (Nice try on the reply. I was trying to purchase their packaging materials which was marked $6.99, and she insisted they cost $19.99. Confirmed twice.)

After posting my review, the store reached out to me right away and said they fixed the package. I appreciate the quick response and effort to make things right. Hopefully, my next visit will reflect the improvements, and I’ll gladly update this review again if things continue to get better.

Elizabeth & her team at this downtown UPS store were efficient, kind, and super accommodating - especially when I had packages that I had questions on! They took care of my packages and I quickly and seamlessly. So glad to have them here in the heart of the city.

Associate Elizabeth Miller was attentive and fast. I told her I had 5 minutes to get prints and copies and she made it happen!
