I do not recommend this office for passport appointments. Went here to get my children's passports and the staff member I dealt with was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. Our situation is complicated and we filled in a field wrong on the application. They did not assist with how to do it correctly or rescheduling an appointment. I'll be driving farther to not go back to this office for our future passport needs.

pretty neat place to deliver. first time here. it is very tight, watched the day cabs have a hard time. they're helpful with getting you to where you need to be.
** unload was about an hour.**
having a 53' you have the option to sit at a 90° angle with your trailer or disconnect otherwise no one can get by.
ENTRANCE OFF 10TH & JEFFERSON.
GIANT ORANGE ROLL UP DOOR.

Two clerks told me that the change of address form is no longer available and you can only change your address online. That was a LIE!

Today was a great day as I completed orientation and am now officially an employee of the United States postal service. I am thrilled about this new chapter in my life and how well it aligns with my long-term career goals. I have been trying to get into the post office since 2015, and finally, I have achieved my first government job. By staying focused and determined, I know I can succeed in this role.

I came to this place they are literally have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are rude and lost, they can’t answer a simple question regarding a shipment as if they just working there. I came and shipped 2 of my envelopes one arrived to the destination and one isn’t even processing yet. I am asking the lady there how do I know if it was returned and all she is telling me is go online and file a ticket. Her name is (pacha) I don’t like her attitude and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There is many other locations in Detroit area don’t go to this one .

I recently visited the USPS to process my baby's passport and had an unfortunate experience with a service agent named Pash. She was incredibly rude, impatient, and unprofessional while handling our pre-filled passport form. Throughout the process, she rushed us, made unnecessary noises of discontent following every sentence, and failed to provide clear instructions for the next steps, including taking the baby’s photo.
Pash’s behavior was concerning, especially when she kept trying to recklessly instruct us to place our 7-month-old daughter on a wobbly, unsecured chair for the photo, which made us feel distressed and unsafe. She did not listen to our concerns and instead engaged in a heated argument with my wife, which was highly inappropriate. Her lack of communication skills and patience were evident, making us question how she was hired for this position.
Fortunately, another service agent named Teresa stepped in and took over. Teresa was very professional, ensuring our baby's safety and guiding us smoothly through the remaining process. Her intervention made a significant difference, and we were able to complete the passport application without further issues.

I wish I could do 0 star to this place the women in charge for the passport appointment is the nasty person ever she is so rude she is racist and since she saw me at the first she started with bad attitude If a person is working at a public place a least they need to have manners and be more empathetic. Let me add she told me I didn't know English and that I need to come back with a translator because I didn't understand what she said, I know my English is not perfect, I did understand her but I was so frustrated and nervous because I felt so bad with her attitude that I couldn't think clearly.
