Terrible customer service in person. Customer service on the phone will tell you one thing and the rude people inside, or should I say person (black male, tall, with locs) will tell you something totally different and in a nasty tone. Spoke to us like we were slow.

Actually sooo slow, literally came to buy 2 boxes and I was in there for over 15 minutes

Convenient location and has everything you need for moving. Can use the app to check in/out but charge your phone, and there may be technical issues so best to go during business hours. Very helpful and caring staff.
